- Heat-treated in atmosphere controlled furnaces with automatic temperature controllers, to attain optimum physical properties with wear resistant body and tough Core.
- Universal Joint Crosses, Needle Rollers and Cups are precision ground to close tolerances, to have smooth functioning and better life.
- Components are inspected against National and International standards for material specifications and Physical properties.

- King Pins are manufactured out of high percentage Nickel/Chrome Alloy Steels
- Heat - treated, to achieve optimum case depth and hardness for longer life
- Ground to very close tolerances and Inspected by air gauges.
- Hard chromium Plating is done on completely automatic plant using latest German Technology baths
- Roundness and Cylindricity of King Pins measured by Talyrond Hobson Roundness Testing Machine to attain higher quality.
- Non-Ferrous Bushes and Thrust Washers are manufactured from special Bronze Alloy developed by SRMT for long life and lubricity.
